Glacial Ridge Ranch is made up of 200 acres of land in west central MN. We are located on the eastern border of Glacial Lakes State Park. We have an indoor arena that measures 60ft x 125ft. This arena is set up with roping chutes for calf or breakaway roping. We also have an outdoor arena which measures 110ft x 200ft. We offer open riding and calf or breakaway roping practice. Lessons are also available. Please call ahead to schedule a time.
At GRR we breed performance/cow bred quarter horses. Our stallion, Doc Sock is the son of Smokin Manzana (NCHA LTE $143,900). Doc Sock is also a money earner in his own right at barrel races and in the Minnesota Rodeo Association in the breakaway roping. His foals are good minded and versitile. Our mares are all money earners and superb atheletes.
Glacial Ridge Ranch is also available for boarding of outside horses and training. We also provide riding and roping lessons. Please call for rates and availability.
We are in the business of raising performance AQHA horses. We also have prospects for sale out of bloodlines that are currently performing well in the various arenas across the country.
